If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly give us at least 48 hours notice so that the doctor can see other patients who are trying to get an earlier appointment. If you are unable to have your procedure on the appointed day we ask that you reschedule at least 72 hours in advance so that your time slot can be filled by another patient. All patients must have adequate time to prep for their procedure.
A cancellation fee may apply for failure to show up for scheduled appointments and procedures.
If you have an emergency, one of our physicians can be reached at all times. During office hours we ask that you please call the office for emergencies. Your message will be forwarded to one of our physicians and you can expect a prompt call back. Please provide all pertinent information to the service operator, including your name, telephone number, and the nature of the problem. The operator will get in touch with the doctor on call in a timely manner. If you have a non-emergent office matter, please feel free to visit the patient education section of our website. This provides useful information. Please call during regular office hours only for non-emergent matters. Prescription renewals will only be filled during regular office hours.
